Brief Overview: We discussed the new business supply/non-retail items that were added to the backoffice, our informative website, ncp.guide, which is accessible by scanning the QR code located on the bottom of product samples, the current progress of the new backoffice/website project, coupon codes for use on replicated websites, the updated Club 25 tracker, and the Dirty 30 trip to NYC. Backoffice & Website Progress: After further evaluation, we decided to end our working relationship with the software developer originally hired for this project. Ultimately, the scope of what was promised did not align with what was being delivered, and it became clear that the project had been oversold. While this was not an easy decision, it was the right one to protect the long-term stability and functionality of our systems. We are currently reassessing next steps, timelines, and development partners to ensure the backoffice is built correctly, sustainably, and with full transparency moving forward. Additional updates will be shared as we move into the next phase.

Replicated Website Coupon Codes: We introduced a new set of coupon codes to incentivize retail customers on replicated websites. The available code are GET10, WELCOME10, SAVE15, THANKYOU15, TAKE20, and BIRTHDAY20. These codes offer 10%, 15%, or 20% off retail orders placed on any replicated consultant website. Discounts are automatically deducted from the consultant’s commission on that order. Each code is limited to one use per customer per 30-day period. Codes do not apply to starter kits, 25% commission items, or non-retail items. These coupon codes are active across ALL replicated websites, so even if a consultant does not personally share a code, customers can still find and apply one via coupon code-finding tools. There is no opt-out option for these codes.
